PRETREAT
To ensure even powder coverage, each part is preheated with a low amount of heat for just one minute.First, we hang each part on the finishing line, whether you have 1 part, or thousands of parts.
Each part is prepared on the finishing line to make sure any contaminants are removed.
To ensure even powder coverage, each part is preheated with a low amount of heat for just one minute.
POWDER COAT
Next, the part enters the automated spray booth where a digital controller ensures accurate and consistent coverage of each part.Next, the part enters the automated spray booth where a digital controller ensures accurate and consistent coverage of each part.
Powder is electro-statically applied to provide a uniform consistency.
After powder application the product enters the melt and gel oven and is turned into a solid. .
UV CURED
Immediately after the melt phase, the UV cured powder coating is instantly cured with UV light.Immediately after the melt phase, the UV cured powder coating is instantly cured with UV light.
The entire UV cured powder coating process takes only 20 minutes from start to finish.
Lastly, we unload and inspect each part and then pack and ship the finished parts to you!

All of our UVMax® powder coatings contain zero solvents and emit zero VOCs, making it an environmentally green powder coating.
Our UV powder coating process is fast and extremely efficient, turning a raw part into a finished component in less than 20 minutes. There is no time wasted waiting for parts to dry. The manufacturing plant space is also significantly smaller than other typical finishing systems—resulting in lower labor, operational and energy costs.
